Went for Kim’s 50th Birthday in 2024

Very Favorites:

• *Pelmeni: Dumplings - So good. Could have eaten 100. This was probably our favorite
• Barley Risotto with Mushrooms: This was a favorite. No idea how it was so good.
• Pozharsky Cutlets: Delicious breaded ground chicken coated with bread crumbs
• Solyanka: Smokey meat soup - so good!!!

Almost Favorites:

• Salmon Bilini - You assembled yourself. These were really great
• Zucchini Blossom Flowers - These were amazingly good, but at $18 for 4, this was way too expensive.
• Chicken Kiev: Was also so good and buttery.
• Chicken Tabaka: This chicken was so flavorful and moist. One of the best dishes that was just a chicken part that I have ever had.

Good, but not Amazing:

• Potato Pancakes: While these were very good, I’d rather get other things.
• Beef Stroganoff - Still delicious, but would rather get other things first
• Borscht: This wasn’t as good as it was when we went years ago. Need to try again to see if it will be better
