Favorites:

• Spicy beef tendon & tripe
  • One of the best that I have ever had
• Sichuan spicy chicken
  • Again, one of the best I have ever had

Very Good (so close to being favorites):

• Lamb marrow pot
  • This was also great. Would not get next time so that I can try more dishes
• Stir fried cabbage with dry chili
  • Great veggie dish
  • It was better when we ate there than when we did takeout
• Sichaun Traditional Dumplings
  • The sauce was great, but the dumplings were not a favorite
• Tao Tao Noodle (Minced pork in special chili sauce)
  • Kim liked this more than me. It was a great dish, but not a favorite
• Stir fried pork knuckle
  • This was also great. Would not get next time so that I can try more dishes
• Sautéed pork kidney
  • I didn’t expect to like this. It did not have a funky taste at all
• Eggplant with Garlic & Chili
  • This was very well done, but it isn’t a favorite dish
• Stir Fry Garlic Pork Ribs
  • This was great, nothing to complain about, but not a favorite

• Stir fried Japanese squash with egg yolk paste
  • This was good, but very sweet…almost like a desert
  • Braised Duck
    • While the duck was delicious, the sauce was to oily
