“Great Sichuan Chinese food - see notes below”
Great:
- La-Zi Chicken - perfect dry fried chicken. So spicy that I was sweating
- Stir Fried Peashoots - one of the best versions if this dish that I have ever had
- Sizzling Tofu (or something like that). It was in sauce on a hot pan that they then continued to grill the tofu on. So good!
Good:
- Swing Pork Belly, the presentation of the pork belly hanging was great. While it was tasty, there was not much to it
Order:
- La-Zi Chicken
- Stir Fried Peashoots
- Sizzling Tofu (or something like that)
- Pepper Salted Duck
- Fu-Qi Special (sliced beef offal in chili oil)
- Stone Pot Green Pepper Fish or Fish in Sour Cabbage Soup
