“See Notes for Favorites”
- Dressing Wings - appetizer where meat & bone is taken out of a chicken wing and is stuffed with ground pork, herbs, and then deep fried - (About $8)
- Kaeng Hangleh (or is it chiang mai hunglay?) - delicious pork belly dish in a peanut like sauce. Pork was so good that even Kim liked the fatty parts. It is called Burmese Curry on their chalkboard.
- nam prik ong - a ragù of pork, chilies, tomato, garlic, lime, and palm sugar, with a pile of barely poached crudités (broccoli, green beans, snow peas, and carrots) and crisp-fried pork rinds for dipping.
- (we got a sampler that was in a picture on the wall with Kaeng Hangleh, nam prik ong, & a spread of spicy green chilis. Everything was great, but would try something different than the chilis next time. It cost about $14).
