Everything we got, had major ingredient issues:

• Hiramasa (Yellowtail Kingfish) - Crudo - fish was amazing, but came with a very heavy miso sauce that was way too strong for the fish
• Fried Smelts - These were good, a bit over fried. A little dissaspointed that they weren't whole fish, just tiny fillets and pieces
• Jonah Crab & Angel Hair - Not good at all. Tiny pieces of crab that you could not taste. Garlic overpowered the entire dish, and there were tons of slices of raw garlic. Pasta was over cooked & mushy
• Brandade Fritters - These were actually pretty good, but they sat on what was supposed to be smoked almonds, but they were not raw with no salt. Horrible.
